Renslade House consists of a central tower and a podium either side. The Central Tower and Western Podium, owned by Uavend House LLP, has obtained full planning permission to refurbish the space into 268 luxury student accommodation studios.
The Eastern Podium has the benefit of planning permission for a 103-bedroom hotel. Uavend Group has signed a forward funding agreement with an affiliate of London & Regional (owner of Atlas Hotels Group) to deliver a turnkey 103 bedroom Holiday Inn Express Hotel. Delivery by Connor Construction Watford Ltd, is planned for November 2018.

Renslade House will offer student housing in Exeter with extensive views towards the city centre and over the River Exe. This beautifully restored building will include 268 studio units with en-suite bathrooms, kitchens, sleeping and study areas.
Formerly a multi-let office block, Renslade House is undergoing complete refurbishment. Once complete the building will provide state of the art student accommodation for those studying in the vibrant city. Each studio apartment will average 18.5 metres.
Students will benefit from high speed internet in each of their studio rooms, a daily cleaning service, an onsite gym, lounge with pool table, cinema and laundry services.
In partnership with Homes for Students (HFS), one of the UK’s leading student accommodation brands, the property will be operational from May 2019.
